I design the research architecture — need state frameworks, RFM analysis, loyalty diagnostics, ethnographic interviews — that tells you which customer, which moment, and which behavior actually drives revenue. The goal is not insight for insight's sake, but a defensible foundation for prioritization, segmentation, and product investment decisions.

Before strategy, I conduct structured current-state assessments across digital maturity, measurement infrastructure, and capability gaps — so recommendations are grounded in evidence, not instinct.
